Lanisen makes his way through the market in the early afternoon. Despite the sunny day, he’s wearing a scarf and a jacket. He’s got bags under his eyes and looks a little pale.
Deonyc walks along the marketplace aside a fellow guardsman, they are both in uniform but greeting people as they meet.
Dalia slips out from the stables, dusting off her dress and brushing a hair behind her ear.

Nessa is seated just inside one of the stalls wrapping a loom. The doors and windows of the small building are opened wide to let in some of the early Spring light and breeze
Lanisen passes through the market in the early afternoon, perusing the food stalls. He drifts toward a woman hawking hand pies.
Nessa looks out the window and sees Lanisen, finishes her row and then goes out to see him. “Hello! Have you heard from Dalia today? I haven’t been able to get inside the castle today and I was so hoping she was recovering well from that cold, she doesn’t seem to be able to shake it”

Lanisen is busy cleaning, shaking out the rugs and sweeping heaps of shed dog fur and straw and dried herbs out into the ward. The windows are all open and the kennel smells pleasantly of soap and fresh herbs.
Deonyc comes walking in from the outer ward in his hunting gear which he carefully hangs on a peg, making sure a small leather bag is well out of reach of the hounds. He looks around, and, spotting Lanisen, gives a quick, “Hello!”
Lanisen pauses his work as the guard enters. He leans his broom up against the wall and wipes his hands on his shirt, crossing toward Deonyc. “Hi,” he answers uncertainly, questioning. Continue reading an unexpected party
Lanisen is wandering the empty pasture with Nia, slowly making his way down toward the lake.
Darrin leads Gambol back to the horse pasture from the stables and lets him off his lead.
Lanisen shades his eyes against the late afternoon sun, squinting toward Darrin and Gambol.
Darrin watches as Gambol shakes his mane and trots off immediately, without so much as a backwards glance. “Typical,” he snorts to himself, with a shake of his head and a smile.

Lanisen is just leaving the kitchen with a glass jar held carefully in one hand. The jar holds a little water at the bottom and a little bouquet of about every kind of flower one can find in early spring and a few you can’t: crocus, snowdrop, daffodil, cherry blossom, and several long sprigs of flowering herbs from the solarium.
Dalia makes her way into the kitchen, with her shawl around her, she looks quite a little bit better than the night before.

A daughter of eve wearing a seagreen cape (Nessa) straightens Dalia’s cloak so that it covers the most skin possible. “If you’re starting to get a cold should you really be out right now? Go back in and do some mending by the fire. Take care of yourself”
Dalia blows out a breath of air, though one can see there’s no real frusteration and the concern is appreciated. “It’s just a little cold after all I need some fresh air. I’ll go see Kairyn, if you really want me too.” She pauses to dab at her nose. “And how is mother and our family today?”
Nessa says, “No, no, you don’t have to go see Kairyn right away, but if you aren’t feeling better tomorrow I want you on her doorstep.” Nessa says, picking her basket back up. “All are doing well, I stopped in to see them all for lunchen today, they all sent their love in case I ran into you.””
